What are your delivery, setup, and pickup/retrieval fees?
Balloon Delivery — $3 per mile
Delivery is calculated at $3 per mile based on the one-way distance from ZIP code 30078 to your event location, with a $25 minimum delivery fee.
An additional breakdown fee may apply if post-event balloon removal is requested.
Marquee Delivery & Pickup — $6 per mile
Marquee rentals include both delivery and pickup. The fee is calculated at $6 per mile based on the one-way distance from ZIP code 30078 to your event location.
This covers $3 per mile for delivery and $3 per mile for pickup.
Balloon Installation — Starting at 15%
On-site balloon installation starts at 15% of the balloon décor subtotal.
All applicable delivery, installation, and breakdown fees will be included in your quote and confirmed before booking.
What if I book both balloons and marquees?
When you book balloons and illuminated marquees together for the same event, we offer combined delivery pricing.
Since both items are delivered together, you will not be charged separate delivery fees for each service.
The combined delivery and marquee pickup fee is $6 per mile, calculated using the one-way distance from ZIP code 30078 to your event location.
Balloon installation and any requested post-event balloon breakdown are priced separately.
Example: For an event located 10 miles away, your combined balloon and marquee delivery & pickup fee would be $60, plus applicable installation or breakdown fees.
All fees are confirmed before booking.
Can I pick up my order?
Pickup is available for balloon orders of $150 or less and marquee orders of $100 or less. Delivery is recommended for garlands over 8 feet. Marquee return arrangements are agreed before booking.
Can I add custom details?
Specialty designs, custom foils, personalization and other additions are quoted individually. Share your ideas on the quote form.
Outdoor marquee policy.

Our illuminated marquees can be used outdoors only in safe conditions. They are not waterproof and must never be exposed to rain or standing water.
Outdoor setup requirements
A flat, level, stable surface and safe electrical connection are required. Every outdoor setup is subject to approval and needs an approved indoor or fully enclosed, weather-protected backup with adequate space, access and electrical supply.
When weather affects setup
LBM may decline, relocate or discontinue an outdoor setup for winds or forecast gusts around 15 mph or higher; rain, thunder, lightning or moisture; severe weather alerts; flooding; unstable ground; or other unsafe conditions. LBM makes the final safety decision.
Weather credit and rescheduling
Inclement weather does not automatically qualify for a refund. If unsafe weather prevents setup and no suitable backup is available, a one-time future marquee rental credit applies to the rental amount paid only. Delivery, installation and services already performed are excluded.
The credit must be used within 12 months of the original event date; unused credit expires. It can be used once toward a rescheduled event, subject to equipment availability. New-date delivery, installation and additional rental costs still apply. The credit is nonrefundable and has no cash value.
During your event
Do not move, reposition or modify the marquees. If conditions become unsafe after setup, keep guests away and contact LBM immediately. Do not touch wet electrical equipment or attempt to move the display. Booking acknowledges these weather requirements.

Color, shape
& a little magic.
Organic garlands combine balloons from 5 to 36 inches for texture and movement. Your length, palette and design determine the final quote.
Standard garlands · $25 / foot
Specialty colors, metallics, chrome and complex designs: $30–$35 per foot. Custom balloon walls start at $550, with final pricing based on dimensions, density, design and installation.
Delivery and installation are additional. Pickup is available for balloon orders of $150 or less. Delivery is recommended for garlands over 8 feet.
